What is your refund & cancellation policy?

All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours of notice and we will be happy to issue you store credit for a later date. To cancel, please send us an email at order@cheesensnackerslv.com and we will issue you store credit. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.

When is payment due?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be ready to proceed with payment to finalize your booking. We currently accept Zelle or Apple Cash to 714-323-4794 or Venmo to @cheesensnackers.

Why is payment due upfront?

We charge upfront for our products to ensure that we can source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients specifically for your order. Each board is custom-made with research, care, and attention to detail, and charging upfront allows us to secure all the necessary items to meet your expectations. This policy also helps streamline the process so we can focus on creating a beautiful, delicious product for you without any delays.

How long will my board last?

We recommend serving your charcuterie board the same day but a board in the fridge for a few hours is perfectly fine. However, if you are serving next-day, let us know and we'll package the crackers separately for you! That way, they stay crunchy and your board can go in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, you can remove your board from the fridge 30 minutes to 1 hour before consumption, as cheese and charcuterie is best eaten at room temperature.

Do you offer delivery?

We do! While pick up from the 89011 zip code is free, we offer delivery for a flat $5 fee to most of the Clark County area. Deliveries to the strip are available for $15.

What are your delivery policies?

An individual must be present to accept the delivery since our boards must be refrigerated if not served immediately. The delivery window will be thirty minutes before and after the requested time. The phone # given at the time of order will receive a text 15 minutes prior to delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance. Please contact us asap if you have changes in your schedule and we will be happy to accommodate.
